A fun event for all our members - we're not looking for RHS Exhibition style entrants! The show entry form and schedule of all the classes to be judged will be available in March 2022.
To be held on the Show Ground. Tea and cake stall. Raffle.
We’d really like to see as many plot holders as possible drop by and say hello, not just to Committee Members but to other plot holders as well. It's the ideal opportunity to raise any issues, ask questions or find out how to get more involved in supporting the Association.
To save using disposable cups, please bring a mug.
Location: Gazebo on the Showground. Feel free to bring your own chairs.
Times: Drop in anytime between 10:00 – 11:30am.
Join a group of plot holders to clear the rubbish that has accumulated around the site. We will cover as much of Eastney Lake, Hope Cottage and Milton Piece as possible.
Bring your own gloves, bags & grabs will be provided. Meet at 9am outside the shop and litter pick until 10am. Then pop along to the Coffee & Catch-Up at 10am.
We will be holding our annual plant sale on Sunday 15th May, starting at 10am. Despite late germination and initial slow growth due to the weather, we have a range of plants available. We're also looking for donations should anyone have any spare seedlings or plants they don't need. These can be fruit, veg or flowers. Or even any plants no longer wanted in the garden.
10:00 - 11:30 in the poly tunnel
Come and meet the Committee. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about being a plot holder, growing produce or what we do through out the year.
The shop will be open on Sundays and Tuesdays from 9:30am - 11:30am.
In accordance with our Covid operating policy, restrictions will be imposed to ensure a safe environment exists for both customers and shop volunteers. Masks must be worn at all times and no more than one customer will be allowed inside the shop at any one time.
Those waiting outside are reminded to observe the recommended social distance of 2m. Currently the number of shop volunteers is limited so there may be times/days when the shop will not be open – please bear with us and be patient.
